Marciński croissants are not only delicious baked goods, but also a piece of Polish tradition that we particularly celebrate in Poznan. Every year, on November 11, St. Martin's Day, all gourmets eagerly await this special delicacy, and we are happy to prepare them in our confectionery workshop.
The croissants from Gingerbreadmania are not at all holy… They are not certified, as they are not baked with margarine and egg paste.
Our croissants are definitely sinful! In our baked goods we use plenty of 82% butter, natural multi-flower honey from Happy Apiary, great quality white poppy seeds and delicious nuts: walnuts, raisins and homemade candied orange peel. The perfect filling wrapped in a delicate, buttery, half puff pastry, topped with sweet icing and walnuts…This all gives the croissant an amazing, rich flavor.
Martin croissants are not only about taste, they are also about emotions and memories. Each bite evokes family gatherings and joyful moments. To try them in Poznan is not only to savor the taste, but also to feel the spirit of the local tradition.
They are also a great way to enjoy the local tradition.
In our confectionery workshop we focus on quality and great taste, which is why we put a lot of heart into each baked product. Every stage of production is done by hand - from the stuffing, through hand rolling out the half puff pastry, forming the croissants, baking, to packaging.
We have a great reputation for quality and great taste.
We encourage you to visit our workshop to try this unique, albeit sinful, baked goods and celebrate November 11 with us.
Tasty!
