Gingerbread Shop is a passionate place. Just open the door and you will be transported to a magical, aromatic world full of homemade, spicy baked goods. Our store is the only such place on the map of Poznan. It is here - in our gingerbread house - that you can enjoy the perfect taste of gingerbread all year round. We offer from scratch handmade traditional gingerbread, soft and fluffy Alpine gingerbread, Alpine gingerbread stuffed with jam, aromatic Nuremberg gingerbread baked on wafer, chocolate orange gingerbread with homemade candied orange peel and vegan gingerbread with nuts.

With a wide variety of toppings, each type of gingerbread is a completely different taste experience. Each gingerbread man will find his favorite spicy flavor here.

For those who appreciate the beautiful appearance of gingerbread, we also offer gingerbread richly decorated with royal icing. Our small works of art are a wonderful gift idea for loved ones on a variety of occasions - not only Christmas, but also weddings, Easter, Valentine's Day, birthdays, name days. Gingerbread can also be a table decoration during wedding receptions, communion parties - successfully replacing traditional table vignettes. Piernikomania is a place where gingerbread and cakes are created right before your eyes. We start each day by baking yeast cakes, cinnamon rolls and stuffed buns. Then we bake cakes such as gingerbread men, coconut bounty, snickers, shortbread tartlets, meringues, cheesecakes and many more. We also offer yeast cakes and vegan cakes. The aroma of cakes fills the entire interior of our store. It is impossible to pass by it indifferently.

What we love to make the most (besides gingerbread, of course) are cakes. The flavors of the cakes are based on seasonally available fruits and creams on the highest quality ingredients - such as cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, chocolate or crunchy praline.... We decorate our cakes with frosted gingerbread men, hand-modeled figures made of sugar paste, fresh flowers or fruits and sweets. All this is done so that the final cake pleases the eye of the birthday boy and girl, was a beautiful decoration of the table and was remembered as the best cake you have ever eaten.
