An insanely delicious croissant made from yeast-leavened puff pastry, generously filled with a hazelnut paste-based cream.
It's an absolute treat for fans of Kinder Bueno bars. Every bite of this croissant is a real feast for the palate.
Each croissant, filled with this delicious filling, is handmade, from kneading the dough, through laminating, shaping and filling.

Ingredients:
- wheat flour
- butter 82% (we do not use margarine or butter-like products)
- water
- sugar
- yeast
- eggs (we do not use powdered eggs)
- salt
- nut paste (HAZELNUTS 45%, sugar, MILK powder, whey powder, non-hydrogenated vegetable fats (sunflower oil, coconut oil, cocoa butter), extra virgin olive oil, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, flavourings.
May contain other nuts: PISTACHIOS, ALMONDS, WALNUTS, CASHEWS) - mascarpone
