Hand-iced autumn gingerbread cookies
Our autumn gingerbread features pumpkins, cars carrying pumpkins and foxes wearing scarves, all hand-decorated with colourful royal icing in warm autumnal shades. We bake them in our gingerbread bakery at Przemysłowa 55 in Poznań using natural multifloral honey from Pasieka Szczęśliwa, 82% butter and our own homemade spice blend.
An autumn gingerbread cookie makes a lovely little gift for a teacher, a friend or guests at an autumn party, as well as a table decoration that smells of warm spices.
