FAQ

Nuremberg gingerbread, also known as Nürnberger Lebkuchen, is a traditional gingerbread from Nuremberg, renowned for its rich, spicy aroma.

We bake our Nuremberg gingerbread cookies on wafer bases, using almond flour, homemade candied orange peel and walnuts. They are very sweet, yet full of the rich flavour and aroma of warm spices. Their texture is similar to that of French macarons.
